<span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;"> 我幾乎天天到</span><span lang="EN-US">Curves</span><span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;">運動</span><span lang="EN-US">(</span><span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;">暑假很閒</span><span lang="EN-US">)</span><span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;">,保持一天激烈,一天輕鬆的節奏</span><span lang="EN-US">(</span><span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;">教練說天天激烈運動對肌肉不好</span><span lang="EN-US">)</span><span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;">。認真運動,當然也要認真拉筋。運動後我通常會喝無糖豆漿或水煮蛋補充蛋白質,而且要補充水分。每天喝水要喝體重的</span><span lang="EN-US">3</span><span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;">倍,而且不能為了要到達目標而一次狂灌水。</span></div>

<span style="font-family: 新細明體, serif;"> 至於飲食方面,油炸、甜食、飲料這些不用講了,都是違禁品。我吃東西時,都是先吃青菜→肉→飯。盡量「乾溼分離」,意思就是不吃湯湯水水的菜餚,不喝湯。還有可以吃蘋果、香蕉、奇異果、番茄、芭樂、櫻桃,這些都是幫助我減肥又可以解饞的零食。</span></div>

說到健康瘦身,一般都會計算身體質量指數(BMI),判斷體重是否合理。不過,現在光看BMI還不夠,還要看你有沒有肥肚肚、水桶腰。近期研究發現,肚子太肥,代表內臟脂肪較多,容易造成血壓、血糖、血脂等指數異常(就是代謝症候群),因而引發慢性病!除了BMI維持在18.5到24之間,建議男生腰圍應小於90公分,女生腰圍小於80公分。</div>
